I paid for a five star and i got a fair room .The outside noise was in all day and night even with the windows closed.A fair amount of insects and the pots and pans looked like toys very small.A strong smell of still water coming from the kitchen,staff got there twenty minutes after I call but had to endure it overnight.Staff very friendly I was supposed to get a complimentary cleaning ,wish was offer the night before check out and I had paid for one

First off, the pictures on Expedia are misleading. No balcony has a set of chairs and table. One would expect tue wooden table to at least be stained but it’s so cheap and hard to sit on. The bathroom looks nothing like the pictures and everything looks old. There’s no screen on the balcony doors so you can’t leave it open because bugs can come in. You can tell they recently invested some money into the property but most of it was placed on top of the old property that everything looks mismatched. Finally, there were roaches in the bathroom. I just bought roach spray and decided not to make a big deal. The staff are great and they do their best. The location is perfect for transportation and local dining/cafes. Regarding my previous comments, it’s sad because this place has so much potential and the balcony view is incredible. My review is honest and un biased. I have stayed in 2.5 and 4 star hotels so I thought I had a basis on what to expect. This place is nothing as to what is on Expedia.

the air conditioners at all the apartments are very very old and therefore are making a lot of noise. there were a lot of cockroaches in the apt. also they made reconstruction of the hotel during my stay , noises that began at 08:00 in the morning. The internet was horrible and I couldn't work with my computer. When I came to speak with the receptionist about the problems - she laughed at me and no solution was suggested. It was a horrible experience there for me and I don't recomend it to anyone.

Comfortable apartment yet with all the traffic noise and thinking these are actually very nice places to stay I do not understand why an investment in double panes windows was not done. It would make a world of difference.

Just a hop skip away from Poblado. Subway station, Jumbo supermarket, and both bodytech and smart fit less than 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful balcony view, and AC worked well in bedroom. Freeway noise a bit annoying but was able to sleep through it and I’m an extremely light sleeper. Hard to communicate with host as via Expedia platform messages don’t go through they should provide a what’s app number.

This apartment-hotel is the best space I’ve stayed at in Medellin. I’m originally from there but have lived outside the country for a very long time. Everything from the costumer service, to the laundry service, to the space is honestly just right. It’s simple but charming, packed with everything that you need to make your stay pleasant. Visitors are welcomed during some hours and everything is set in place for a smooth and relaxing time. Metro station is a few minutes away by foot and anything else tourism is only but a short Uber ride away.
