"Hotel is great and conveniently located above the train station. Easy train ride to get to city center. Check in was complicated as the front desk kept saying we had 2 reservations and Petra at front desk kept insisting we should call the booking agency to ask why that happened. There were many young teenagers hanging around the lobby area, which made the environment feel uncomfortable. The room did not have air conditioning and was not properly cleaned. "Okay, first it was hot during our trip and the AC in the room did not cool lower than 23°C, even though it was set to 18°. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options for everyone. I didn't like that we had to pay to use the pool, it's nothing special but it did cool us down, still this should be included in the room rate. Parking was easy, the outdoor lounge was great for watching the World Cup. Close to both the street cars and the train station. I would stay here again."

"Very old bathroom and shower water goes all over the bathroom. No separation of shower area. Showers floor very old. Old carpet. 99 years old hotel. Needs kore maintenance."

"Great breakfast with attentive staff, room perfectly maintained each day, beautiful decor and a quiet but not boring neighborhood away from the busier downtown area. Very accessible with Bolt/Uber and police transport. In the summer the AC is not too powerful, so keep that in mind if booking higher floors that get baked in the sun. Will definitely have this hotel as a #1 choice whever we come back."
