The staff was welcoming and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed but well-kept. The warm cookie at check-in is a small touch, but it really sets the tone. Location was convenient, and I had zero issues during my stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean but there was an incredibly strong smell of what I can only describe as “public bathroom cleaner/disinfectant”. It gave me a headache the first night. The hotel was full so I couldn’t try a different room to see if it was any better. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. The floor in the room felt sticky. Two of the pillows were filled with actual torn up pieces of foam. People smoking weed on the outdoor walkway below my room, others smoking, so opening the door to air it out wasn’t an option. Bed was decently comfortable but that was about it. Overall it felt a little sketchy. Breakfast was awful, only thing really edible was the fresh apples"
