"One of the more expensive downtown hotels that doesn't live up to its price tag. Valet slow. Called ahead. Went down 10 minutes later and they had forgotten to send for car . Room booked through expedia was not given (booked king, given double queen room). No effort by front desk staff to make up for this downgrade. Ordered room service at non peak hours (8pm). Ordered a dessert and was told 30 min delivery time. Was over 45 minute and food was terrible (comically hard, bad tasting brownie)....
