They have a virtual agent who will tell you check in can't be early (it can depending on if room is ready) also told by Zoe virtual agent that no place to leave luggage while waiting for room. Another lie there is a storage space downstairs. Can be noisy event after I told them I was autistic still no help. On the plus side the property has coffee maker and free breakfast etc"

"Overall, it was a very positive experience. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Moreover, even the in-room dining was very good. The room is very nice and spacious. One missing detail was the iron and ironing board."

"We greatly appreciated the complimentary delicious breakfast at a local restaurant each morning. We were given a specific menu that had a sufficient selection to choose from. Mili, our concierge contact, checked in daily, she was warm, welcoming, and helped us book a spa experience in another town. The rooms were clean and bottled water was provided each day, which was absolutely wonderful. A few tips: if you're not on the ground floor you must carry luggage and climb a spiral staircase. We were essentially on a ledge going in and out of our room. Do not allow your driver to attempt to deliver you to your door (like ours did) as the streets are very narrow and for pedestrians. Mili made notation that it was a pedestrian area but I completely skipped over that word. Our poor driver spent over an hour trying to back out of the narrow streets! He did insist even though i offered to walk with our luggage! It's lovely being in the old town, it's clean and feels very safe. We loved the ancient architecture. We either walked or used ride share to go to other locations. There is the city bus stop right nearby. "

"This little hotel is certainly a gem! Paulina was great! She recommended a wonderful restaurant nearby to try some typical Maltese dishes, and stored my luggage for me on the day I checked out, so I could go and see some other sites. I didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked lovely, as well. Excellent location for exploring Rabat and Mdina, and surrounding areas (and really anywhere in Malta). The room was clean and cozy and breakfast was delicious. I'd defintely stay there again. "
