"I cannot say enough praises about this hotel. It was extremely clean and sparkling. In every way from the moment we walked in the front doors till the moment we left our room the price was fair. The breakfast which was complementary was wonderful. The staff was warm and friendly and made sure all of our needs were met, and they were so friendly and welcoming. They helped us to make sure the shuttle picked us up even though our plane arrived very late at night like just before midnight and the shuttle driver was very friendly and kind. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I came to Asheville again, especially if we were near the airport very easy access to and from the airport from the hotel so conveniently located to all the interstates."

"Ugh. Needs updated. The bed sounded like it was going to collapse everytime I moved. The walks are paper thin and I could hear the folks next to me, as well as EVERYTHING that went on in the parking lot. Great location-it’s really unfortunate that the property doesn’t match the surroundings."

I was able to get late checkout without an issue and the staff was super sweet! Great spot if you arrive late at night like I did and need a quick place to crash before fully starting an Asheville vaycay"

"Our room was clean and comfortable, we all slept great. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and fire pits each night of our stay. The location is very convenient while still providing a quiet mountainside atmosphere. We would stay here again."

"This property initially gave us a dirty room- with penny-sized dried red blood circles splattered under the sheets that we removed for inspection- & on the center of the blackout curtain, curly coarse pubic hair and other kinds of signs in the sheets that the sheets had not been changed. This sort of unkept condition. There were stains on what were supposed to be the “fresh” folded towels as well. Thanks to the manager in training taking our pictures of the room seriously, we were not given a customer service apology of any sort, but thankfully were wordlessly upgraded to a much nicer suite. Breakfast had lots of carb choices, though the area had flies trying to get to our food as we were eating and shooing them away."
