Our go to hotel for sure when coming to visit! Clean rooms, big bathroom, I loved that it was tile floor in the room and not carpet compared to other hotels on the first floor. Breakfast was okay, my kids expected to have pancakes since that’s mainly what other hotels have for breakfast but they don’t. they have cereals and breads though.

The property has run down quick, we stayed there when the property was fairly new. Upon arriving at our room we noticed the terrible odor of dampness and mold. There was an air purifier machine in the hallway. We could smell the same thing in the room as well. The ice machine was removed from the floor and you have to go down to the 1st floor for ice. The a/c unit wasn’t working properly so we had to be moved to another room. Went to the free breakfast and the food was very limited. No fruit The pool water was a little cloudy and dirty and sitting chairs were also limited. All in all, we were comfortable and relaxed. I’m not staying here again.

First Impressions: Upon arriving at Super8 Hotel, we were eager to check into our room, having been impressed by the photos displayed on their website. Unfortunately, what we encountered was quite different from what was advertised. 2. Room Description: The pictures online showed Business premium with sofa and coffee maker in room. Which it did not have. 3. Facilities: While the hotel claimed to offer breakfast, it only served coffee, juice, cereal and toast. 4. Customer Service: We raised our concerns with the front desk, but they were unhelpful and offered no solutions or discounts. 5. Overall Experience: This experience was disappointing as the reality did not match the expectations set by the hotel’s advertising. I would not recommend this hotel to others, as it feels like a bait-and-switch situation. 6. Advice to Management: Management should update their website with accurate images and descriptions to avoid misleading guests.
