"Room very clean, breakfast was fantastic, and biggest impression for us, was the staff. Excellent and very respectful and very helpful at all times. Only things that left me quite sad, was the constant problem of the toilet which would not flush well several times, and because of weak pressure, would overflow and caused a great mess. And our Room was Accessable so that definately was very troublesome. Also, the toiletries did not have a pleasant smell. This is the first time in my life that a hotel does not offer a nice and effective wash. Despite these troubles, I would stay here again. The positives really impressed me and we really really appreciated the Shuttle assistance.. a huge plus!! We needed to stay for 5days and i would definately still recommend to friends and family. I really hope the troubles can be resolved and not happen again. Thank you! H.M.A"
