โรงแรมสวนน้ำใน Mbale

"My room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a fan, hot water and even a balcony. The restaurant upstairs was fantastic helping me navigate their menu with food allergies. The rooftop views and coffee makes my soul happy. The staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. When the city power went out they had a generator ready to go. They can organise laundry as needed and Hannington was available no matter what I needed and Aisha was always attentive. The rooftop restaurant is...

"No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment."

"The hotel was good for the price. The only real issue was the number of menu items not available, which as I am a vegetarian means that you were left with one or possibly two or three if you hacked the menu. That said, the staff were all extremely nice and did their best to help."

"Absolutely the best stay in Mbale would go bck every time!"

"The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging."

"The staff were pleasant and helpful."
