"For the amount of money you pay per night for a high star property you expect high quality service, amenities, cleanliness and maintenance. The resort is extremely outdated especially the rooms including the motel like bathrooms which were the worse. The room smelled old, furniture needs updating, repainted and bathroom needs much revamp. The hotel dirty hall rugs need to ripped out and the amount of money they make needs to be put towards a complete renovation. Even the parking is a disaster...
