Because the cabins are isolated, my wife and I had to walk in the dark to the next village hauling our luggage through the sand, and find another place to stay. It took a lot of effort to get a human being at Hotels.com All support interfaces are with clueless AI. "

"It’s a small hotel in not a very good surrounding. I would say almost 3 stars rating. Room is well equipped but A/C takes a long time to cool the room during the day. The breakfast is quite good and they even make a take away if you have to leave early. Riohacha is not a particularly good town but the hotel is convenient if you have spend a night."
