"The staff at this hotel, from the valets to the front desk to the wait staff at Bargello, are true models of the high service ethic necessary to manage a superb property. This was our second stay here, and we were recognized by a large number of the staff. The only issue was the cleanliness of our bathroom. The tub had a few stray bits in it and looked a bit grimy. The rug in the sitting room was beaten up. But hey, those issues might be caused by the dogs. There is dog-friendly, and then there is dog-friendly. I have never stayed at a property where I saw more dogs than the Arras."

"Beautiful, friendly, excellent staff, loved the pool! Suggestion: make the front door automatically open. The staff and customers have to wrestle their bags to open the door. The valet has to walk far for cars, especially on a hot day. Beautiful spot, we enjoyed it very much!"

"For someone who doesn't normally embrace the camping lifestyle, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. The staff was super helpful, the riverside location was beautiful and the amenities were a nice upgraded touch. Next time I will be more prepared to enjoy the campfire and river to the fullest extent"
