"The milk for breakfast was spoiled every morning. Need a bigger selection of options. More protein. Eggs hard to peel. Our first room smelled like soured mop head. Had to change the sheets ourselves bc of the smell. The toilet DID not work properly. "

"Our first impression when we walked into our room was that it smelked like a kennel. Strong, dirty dog odor. (I am a dog owner and dog lover, by the way.) After turning up the air conditioning , hoping it would air out, we realized it was an impossible situation to consider spending the night in this room. Went to the front desk and a very pleasant young man agreed to move us to another room. When I questioned the strong dog odor, he said Hilton Hotels, have a pet friendly policy. If this is the case, they should have rooms certified for people without pets, what about people with allergies? I would think this could send some people into serious allergy attacks. Also, the entire hotel seemed very run down and badly in need of a refresh. The bathroom had very strange dip in the floor, where the overflow drain was. A level floor should be something that is not negotiable. I never write negative reviews, but I really felt it was important to address these issues."

"Check In staff was pleasant. Room was nice but a bit dated. Obviously needs a refresh. AC worked awesome. Nice size TV in room but it was not even hardwired / connected…Did Not Work..line was just hanging on TV support bracket unplugged at both ends. We had arrived late so TV was not absolutely needed but would have been nice. We didn’t report it. Bistro food was good…just took longer than we had expected. Bistro atmosphere was unique."

"This location was the worst I've ever been in. I wasn't even comfortable sitting down or sitting any of my belongings down. From holes in the wall, dirty linens and furniture to a brown bathtub with a dripping living on a prayer shower head. This location also had a stench that screamed of mold and filth. Thank you to the representative on hotels.com for helping us get a full refund."

"Great location. Need professional staff and convenience breakfast look like it is for homeless people . Their was no fruits, Danish or water. The juice tasted old and the bread look old. I love staying in the comfort inn but thus I did not feel safe at. In the room we had no tea bags or makeup remove pads. I paid for one night one hundred and sixteen dollars and the hotel look like motel 8. We had to go to the Waffle house because The breakfast that was served We was afraid to eat it. In my opinion the hotel need to be remodel and the staff need to be trained and a better quality of fresh food for breakfast. The room seem to be clean."
