"Staff were super friendly and attentive. Beautiful property! Beds were very firm, not to our liking. Some features in room not working. Difficult to manage large luggage due to stairs, in addition to Lift."

"Very old building, yet very charming. Many small sitting areas to read and to relax and they are really very cute. The facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. A great experience for me. "

"Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. "We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"Lovely grounds and building. The staff, especially Shabila, were welcoming. Shabila is relentless in ensuring that everything is satisfactory. We stayed on a Sunday and so it wasn’t busy and there was a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. We had a good price for the room, so it was excellent value for money. The only suggestion would be to look at the heating in the Pear Tree rooms. It was very hot. "
