We practically had the keys thrown at us and couldn't get directions to our room, nor was there any guidance about the hotel's facilities, etc. We had been looking forward to a swim, but we never managed to find the pool due to a lack of guidance. "Amazing hotel, was perfect for our overnight stay on our road trip. Breakfast staff was super nice and helpful comfortingly crying daughter with hot chocolate and setting us up at a quite corner so that my son can watch the planes fly past."
