โรงแรมใกล้สามเหลี่ยมสิทธิมนุษยชนของ Matthew Shepard, ลอสแอนเจลิส

"Everything was magical, though they were trimming the trees the day I was there which was as distracting but unavoidable. The cottages are stocked with the basics, but we needed paper towels, napkins and garbage bags. Additionally the bathrooms do not have conditioner, lotion or vanity kits so plan ahead. Otherwise incredible stay!"

"What an absolute gem of a hotel - so glad we found it. We arrived early and left our bags before rushing to a meeting. When we returned for check in, the bags had already been placed in our individual rooms. There was complimetary water, a tea and coffee station, and even complimentary snacks and chocolates in the room - so rare in US hotels! A complimentary breakfast with freshly baked pastries, cereal, and other items in the lounge was another plus. The room was confortable with a spacious...

"Nice stay :)"

"Stay was smooth and luxurious. The property is well maintained and has good food options. Although I will say I was blindsided by the destination fee of 35$ per day. The receptionist did not explain the charges and was being a bit rude. I would expect more hospitality when Im paying premium prices. Receptionist also did not allocate City view. My room view was completely blocked by the neighboring mall."

"Pailhouse was conveniently located, well-run, with a great restaurant attached which we enjoyed for breakfast and dinner. The location is great with a lot of shops easy to walk to."

"Loved everything, whenever we stay in the LA area we stay here or the Loews. And each time I am at the Loews, I miss the breakfast"

"This location could not be closer to the heart of Hollywood tourism. If you are traveling with a lot of bags, a family, etc. this may not be the hotel for you. The boutique hotel only has like 14 rooms but there are only 6 tight parking spaces. $40 for parking there if you’re lucky enough to land a spot. The driveway to park in the back is insanely tight. I drive an IONIQ 5 and there was barely room on either side of the car. There is also no elevator in the building and the air conditioner is a...

"We had a great visit. Staff was very professional and friendly. Parking was easy. Thank you"

"The hotel is under renovation on the ground floor which make guests uncomfortable with the air pollution and very dusty. The construction haven’t protected the environment and guests."

"Front desk staff were amazing so were the bar staff, and cleaning staff. The valet wasn’t at the front door so that defeated the point. I used SpotHero and booked a private covered space. Bar staff at the pool was not properly supported. My view out the balcony was a wall. Didn’t hate, wouldn’t stay again. Guess which one is the bath towel and which is the bath mat"

"Great location. Staff was attentive and responded sincerely to issues."
