"Property was very clean. Hot tub was a wonderful treat. The only issue we had was that the fire alarm went off twice at 6:00 in the morning. Staff stated that it was caused by someone taking a too hot shower. We would recommend this property."

"Lots to like. Location, the breakfast, the staff, the parking, the beds, the kitchen, all are good and reasons to go back again. One improvement would be the sleep sofas. Best for sitting, just ok for sleeping. They do need to improve the blankets they supply with the sofas. They are too thin and not very cozy considering the ones on the beds are enjoyable."

"This property has recently changed hands and a Google search says it is CLOSED. While the room was clean there were no additional services. It should be removed from HOTELS. Quite honestly I blame for Hotels for not keeping up. No Breakfast as advertised."

"Breakfast menu was fresh with strawberries and blueberries. Room was clean and just a beautiful historic place. Was attending my niece’s medical school graduation and it was just across the street from it. "

"Some of the staff was OK, but there is an older guy at the reception who is sour to the point of rudeness. They allow pets and the noise is a problem. Rooms only have the thick curtains and is not possible to allow sunlight to come in as everybody sees you. It should be called Roof Roof Minus and not Red Roof Plus. I would understand $40/night but $80 (with taxes) is a rip-off. If you can't afford more, this is it, but if you have some self respect avoid it or don't travel."

"This place was extremely clean and the staff very nice. However, I will not be staying here again because the walls are like paper. Two of the four mornings I was there I was woken up by other people's alarms at 5am. "
