The room was a good size for the price ans clean with great amenities. The staff at the front desk were polite and efficient. We got the plan with breakfast which was a very good deal at the room on the top floor with great views. We recommend this hotel very highly!

Restful views, helpful staff, great location
A very handsome, comfortable hotel, close to the castle (views from the breakfast room of the park, if not the castle itself). A few steps to the local Dori and district, with eating and shopping galore. Excellent service, very helpful staff with good English. Would highly recommend for a stay in Matsuyama

Checkin was smooth and easy. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and was serviced by housekeeping. Water bottle in the room was replaced daily which was a nice gesture. Shower included a tub and bathroom bad plenty of amenities such as toothbrush, bidet, and other items. Good water pressure and water temperature.

Perfect location close to transportation lines, historic sites, gardens and affordable food options. The free breakfast offers an abundant variety for all palettes and a stunning view of Matsuyama castle and a historic French home. The two on-site restaurants are pricey, but the food is delicious and cheaper eateries are nearby.

The rooms are comfortable and relatively spacious. The location is fantastic. The sky lounge, which offers free breakfast offers a stunning view of Matsuyama Castle. The restaurants are very pricey, but the food is delicious! Staff throughout the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. There are many affordable food options in a very close walking distance.
