When I paid and try to get back to the room, the door was not opening because something in lock was broken. In short, my one and half hour was wasted due to all this when I had to check out early in morning at 7 am. My problem here...

"I have stayed at this hotels a number of times on business (perhaps a dozen times). Its a clean and nice hotel close to restaurants. My only beef is the first floor room close to the exit (room 102). Front desk said it would be quiet, however, it is most certainly not. Every 20 min, a loud bang when door closes that shakes my room. After contacting front desk, they were concerned, but only to the extent they would be inconvenienced by putting me in a different room. I probably will not...

"Staff is good room was supposed to have a microwave and didn't the shower wasn't spraying and the tub flooded and I'm still waiting for my deposit back for the last 3 times I stayed in all its ok in a pinch but a little bit rundown"

"The staff are very friendly. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of downtown Sudbury with vehicle parking across the street. The hotel is quite dated and is in need of some upgrades. I personally did not feel very safe and would not recommend walking around at night as there are a lot of homelessness in this area. The breakfast was decent however there is no bathroom in the lobby/breakfast area and i was allowed to use the staff bathroom. Beds were soft, decor dated but clean. ...
