"Very bad experience. The duvet was soaking wet and I complained, the person in charge said they iron it with steam and that’s to be like that. Drunk couple fighting on the corridor the whole night waking everybody up and knocking on doors at 5 o’clock in the morning. Overall cleanliness very bad. Breakfast doesn’t include coffee. A total nightmare!"

I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them.
