"It was a wonderful stay in a French chateau in the countryside. We rented a car so there was no issue with transportation but I’m not sure how you would get around if you didn’t have one. Our room was on the top floor but they helped carry the suitcases up as there was no elevator. I was worried about not having air conditioning but there was a fan in the room and when the windows were open it had a nice cross breeze so it wasn’t an issue. "Wenn man das Memorial von Cean besuchen möchte, hat das Hotel eine super Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß dort. Für die Altstadt ist man ca 40 Minuten zu Fuß unterwegs. Einen Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl kann man in gut 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, es gibt eine Bar mit freundlichem Personal und einen Pool. Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Hotel sind super, insgesamt war ich hier zufrieden."

"Super fijn hotel, voor ons op doorreis met kinderen 7 en 9 ideaal. Zwembad verwarmd, pingpong tafel, en voetbal tafel. Ook het restaurant had goed eten, en de bediening vriendelijk."

"The hotel is beautiful, in an old mansion that was once inhabited by writer Gustave Flaubert. The rooms were nicely sized, and room amenities (water, coffee, etc) were replenished everyday of need be. Staff were So friendly and helpful. Our only constructive criticism is that the WiFi was not very strong: it was in and out. However everything else was wonderful! "

"Excellent for a short stay, one to three nights probably ideal. Good location to visit local sights. The Bayeux tapestry, the D Day beaches and the pretty town of Honfleur. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Simple and tasty breakfast. Everything very clean. Lovely pool. Easy parking. Perfect for transfer to the ferry."
