"The beds were leaning on the floor felt like you were sleeping on brick. The shower had a hole in the floor covered by paint or something so you had to stand sideways to bathe not to mention the water only got like warm. No ice machine no fridge no microwave. Room looked nothing like the pictures shown in the advertisement. Very disappointed with this stay "

Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the property met expectations in most respects. The only drawback was the lack of housekeeping during the stay. The room is cleaned before arrival and after departure, but no interim service is provided. For a week-long stay, this was a noticeable limitation. we would have appreciated fresh towels, basic cleaning, and a change of linens."

"Food and restaurants were good. Breakfast servers superb. Front desk said Laundry would go out to be cleaned/washed and was forgotten. Check in was fine. Pool was clean just too small and shallow for swimming. Also some chairs that are seat chairs with a table would be very helpful as opposed to all very low lounge chairs. "
