"Overall a beautiful new modern property with a fantastic spa. Checkin was terribly slow. They ask 45 euros for a dog but you are limited to your room. They are not pet friendly at all. Come without your pet."

"Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone."
