"Lovely property, friendly staff and very hardworking considering in person on the desk when we arrived. Had a queue of about 10 people waiting to check in and still was smiling under the pressure. Visited the spa £20 for 1 and half hours, rooftop pool supposed to be heated but very chilly. Great area but small.
Great location only 15-20 minute walk to the attractions.
I would suggest body lotion and separate shower gel and shampoo to make it an excellent property. Also most properties include...

"We loved the eclectic decor and the garden. We had a bedroom with an attached lounge. Unfortunately due to water damage we could not use the lounge. This did impact our stay with reduced space. The owners were apologetic but their misfortune affected our stay with the use of space. The breakfast and location were great. Overall our stay was impacted with the odour of the flooded room drifting into our sleeping space. Despite apologies from the owners no further compensation or consideration was...

"Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....

"Inicialmente fomos surpreendidos com o apartamento no 5 andar, tivemos que subir com malas e feira de ESCADA. Tive problemas com o travesseiro que era fino e já desgastado, pedi reposição e nada. O chuveiro parou de aquecer no segundo dia, me trocaram de apartamento…. O suporte funciona bem!!! Vagabde garagem tem facul na rua a baixo custo. O apartamento é grande, bem equipado…. "
