Masquefa Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Rooms were spacious and clean, location was great with a convenient connection to The Paris Hotel. Price was great and the staff friendly

I loved the property. The rooms were gorgeous and well appointed. The staff was amazing. My only complaint is not knowing about the $600 incidental fee before check in. I prepaid my entire trip. It just would have been nice to know after only expecting to pay the pay the resort fee. It cost me almost $800 just to check in. Not a good first impression.

I liked the property, location and above that was addressed. The issue that was concerning to me was that my medication was taken that was in the room leaving me without medication as well as a pair of glasses for reading was taken all occurring on the 2nd day of my stay 5/3/25. I spoke with the check in staff a question regarding checkout and was told that a charge of $165.00 was put on my room for champagne which was not rue my refrigerator was never used and it was removed from my bill. These things should not occur and I expected better from your hotel.

Didnt have to leave property for anything you wanted, but did notice lots of trash left in hallways for extended periods of time.

Good experience. Needed a quiet place to sleep. Strip too loud!
