"Our room was disgusting, lots of carpet stains and stains on chairs . It seemed like they tried to clean the room before we go there and it had a terrible cleaner smell that gave us a headache all night. The bed was also awful it sunk down so far when sitting on it. The bedding also was wet. "

"First time at this hotel. Room was clean, parking and staff was great. Breakfast was good except for the part when a homeless person came in and started getting food (touching everything), besides that I would definitely come back and try this hotel for a second time. Hopefully no more unwanted guests in the breakfast area again"

"Parking is in a garage. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all of old town. "

"Hotel was mostly fine. Staff were friendly, location good for visiting SDSU. Unfortunately there was an AC unit running constantly outside my window generating a lot of noise and vibration at all times."

"Upon checking in, it was quite extensive as it was not made clear upon booking that the property did not accept cash, as we are from out of town it was hard to get money onto a card. The second room of the hotel for the first 2 1/2 days smell like extreme sewage as there was some sort of sewage issue going on. If it weren’t for the nighttime front desk staff, we probably would have not stayed here. It probably will not be staying here again if we decide to vacation in San Diego again."
