"I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but hadn’t been here for a while. The location is right in the heart of old town, which is fantastic. The building used to be very picturesque. It’s still covered with beautiful Bougainvillea. But the rooms are quite shabby and old. The bed was very uncomfortable. The flooring is in need of repair. Sadly I don’t think I’d stay here again."

"The rooms allowed noise and light in through the gaps in the door. Convenient to Old Town but better options nearby. Spend the extra money and stay at another hotel nearby."

"This hotel is a very tired property, totally not worth the 610.00 CAN dollars I paid for 2 nights. We had asked to have more coffee pods put in our room and we never did get them. Would I stay here again....no way!"
