"I didn’t feel this resort delivered the experience it promises as you arrive. The reception area is lovely. The room was pleasant and the balcony large but the bathroom felt tired. The staff were kind to replace my comp red wine with white which I appreciated. I didn’t feel the staff promoted the facilities. The pool bar staff waited for you to approach them. "Just returned from a 2 week stay. Safe to say we eventually had a fantastic time but initial observations did make us question if this was the right place for us. First impressions: Upon arrival we were not offered a welcome drink or seat in reception just stood at the desk to check in online. Upon booking I had requested a ground floor room. When I asked, I was told they would let me know the following day. Never heard back. Not too much of an issue but communication would have been nice....

Il proprietario non c'era, per fortuna e casualmente, abbiamo trovato un amico del proprietario che ci ha mostrato la camera, che non era dove si pensava fosse la struttura ma a circa 150 metri.
