"GREAT LOCATION - GRAND OLD HOTEL. THE RECEPTION AREA, DINING AREA FROM ANOTHER ERA. THE ROOMS ARE A BIT DATED ALTHOUGH CLEAN. THE STAFF SUPER HELPFUL AS WELL AS FRIENDLY. I WOULD STAY AGAIN."

"Clean hotel although staff need more training. Was told I didn’t have a booking even after showing the confirmation and payment and the same thing happened at breakfast. Restaurant was closed on the evening too."
