"Got there . No one available. Told I’d received an email with my codes to enter . This hadn’t arrived . Then when this was sorted the restaurant and bar was closed so couldn’t get food or drink . There was no secure parking for my motorcycle. I tried on multiple times to phone the hotel . The number on the notice board and the one hotel.com gave me wasn’t working. "Arrived on the biggest festival day of the year but staff was great and helped us navigate the crazy parking situation as the city gates were closed making their normal lot unavailable. Room was small as expected but perfectly located near everything. Breakfast was very good and lots of room for the packed house. Ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good as well. Great value and spotlessly clean. "
