"Was where able to see my cruise ship. We are a party of 11 and were super comfortable. Property was clean, great views great location."

"When we got there I quickly understood it was not a traditional hotel. It had no lobby, or someone that can help you with any issues. The “hotel” connect with residential apartments. We found an infestation of ants and the number we called did not help, they refused to give us another room, they offered bug spray. Thermostat started malfunctioning and it got hot at night"

"Love the decor. Bed was a lil soft for me personally. Great food in the diner."

"This stay was interesting to say the least. The room was a mix between an old school/hospital/jail room. The door to the room didn’t have a dead bolt or security bolt, only a latch. And also it was a push door with a lock, so the handle was useless. It’s in the middle of a very noisy block, the room basically shakes until 2am, but they provide earplugs. The shower reminded me of a locker room shower, as well as the sinks. Besides what I mentioned just being unexpected, the bed was comfy, the...

"Staff was very helpful and allowed me late checkout due to Marriot benefits. The lounge is great to view the San Diego bay"

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"We arrived early and the room was already ready. We were actually upgraded. Overall great experience"

The biggest issue was the air conditioning, which barely worked for almost our entire stay. Our room stayed around 80 degrees, making it a very uncomfortable, especially with a 3-year-old. That said, the staff were incredibly kind, understanding, and did their best to help resolve the situation and make our stay more comfortable. We truly appreciated their efforts and...

"The hotel was centrally located to Little Italy, Sea Port Village, and Gaslamp. We could not have asked for a better room. And the view of the harbor was amazing. The staff were super friendly. And a bonus for me is they have coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs a day."

"Amazing! Bed and pillows were amazing!"

"Clean room along with good staffing the area was a little noisy but other than that it was a beautiful room and would recommend"

"The room has a funny smell and the carpet needs a good shampoo. Staff are friendly, and the public area is clean."
