"As other ppl said, the key slot which turns on room was broken. When told the guy said let me send mechanic and this was at 2:00 am. I had to insist to change room. No regular water. The front staff were very friendly but had no clue on many things. Great breakfast. "

"O hotel poderia ser mais arrumado, não gostei de não poder ligar o ar condicionado, vir de um local frio e chegar em São Paulo e não poder ligar o ar-condicionado, não foi bom. As camas não tinha lençóis internos com elásticos, para àqueles que se mexem muito ficar em contato direto com o colchão. O banheiro os ajuntamentos das paredes de azulejos estavam bem sujos, acredito que possam ter um melhor cuidado nessa parte para acolher as pessoas, já que pagamos pela estadia e a mesma não é tão em conta. O café da manhã foi bom e com bastante diversidade. Como havia bastante pessoas da família, e em andares diferentes, gostaria de poder transitar entre os andares sem problemas, porém isso não foi possível, então àqueles que estavam em andar diferente só podiam se ver no saguão, ou se quisessem subir e descer as escadas. Minha reserva tinha sido feita para 3 pessoas, e ao chegar não sei o que aconteceu a reserva era para um quarto com 2 pessoas, escolhi esse hotel justamente por me dar a opção de escolher um quarto que acomodasse a mim, meu esposo e nosso filho com autismo e quando fiz a reserva coloquei 3 pessoas. Isso foi resolvido na chegada, porém não deixa de ser uma dor de cabeça quando você diz que fez a reserva para 3 pessoas e a mesma consta apenas 2. Estar com uma grande parte da família reunida neste local, foi excelente, não tem como explicar. Porém essa estadia poderia ter sido muito melhor."

"Honestly, the room/apartment itself isn’t very spacious. It’s compact, but ideal for one person. In my case, I basically stayed just to shower and sleep one night before an early flight, and it was extremely convenient because I was at the airport in less than 5 minutes (traffic included). I absolutely loved the bed… I hadn’t slept that well in a long time. I highly recommend it and have already favorited this apartment to stay again and for longer stays. The cost-benefit was excellent, and I loved the experience. It met my needs 100%. I’ll admit I was a bit hesitant at first because I received a message asking for an ID to complete the check-in. But honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. It was AMAZING. I arrived, my face was recognized immediately at the entrance, I got in without any issues, and that only added even more value to the experience. Congratulations!"
