It’s a basic hotel. The breakfast was adequate and I liked that they had both flavored coffee creamer as well as hard boiled eggs. The room was ok, but the bath towels are poor, very thin, so bring your own.

This is our preferred stay when visiting the area, repeat visits and the staff is consistently helpful and polite, place is consistently clean. Breakfast was minimal this time, but it still suited us. Husband was happy with the ac, but I would have preferred a cooler output.

This was my second stay at Woodlands Inn & Suites, and unfortunately, this visit wasn't quite as good as my first. I stayed in Room 29 this time, and the room felt a bit more dated than the one I had previously. On my first visit, I really appreciated the large desk and comfortable desk chair, which made it easy to get some work done. Unfortunately, this room only had a round table, which wasn't nearly as convenient. The bathroom sink also dripped continuously throughout my stay. Breakfast was once again underwhelming, and I was disappointed that it wasn't available until 7 a.m. For such a limited breakfast offering, starting at 6 a.m. would be a nice improvement, especially for business travelers looking to get an early start. Overall, the hotel is nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. There's a certain nostalgic charm to the older rooms, and I don't necessarily mind that. While this stay wasn't quite as enjoyable as my first, I'd still consider staying here again when I'm in Medford. A few small improvements would make a big difference.

This is the place to stay in Medford if you are going to the Great Northern Side by side shoot. Staff is great and the rooms are very nice.

Stayed here while in Medford for work. The room was fine — definitely a bit dated, but honestly that almost gave it a nostalgic feel. It wasn’t anything fancy or special, but it absolutely got the job done for a quick stay. One thing I really appreciated was the nice-sized desk and desk chair. If you need to get some work done while traveling, that setup was actually better than a lot of hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall the room was spacious. Nice sized miniature fridge. Bathroom was good sized too, except for sink counter. Ran out of space quickly and it was just me The breakfast was a little underwhelming, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable enough, and I’d stay there again.

A great one night stay from visiting family with my boyfriend. Second time we booked with them. Very clean rooms. Sure hed could be more comfortable and could have a little more breakfast items but overall a great stay.

Good location for having to leave early morning for a volleyball tournament the next day. No complaints, as everything was as expected for this type of hotel in a smaller town. Because this is an older facility, it is difficult to keep the common areas warm & cozy when the winter outside temp is unreasonably cold. Rather than becoming disgruntled about this, I truly appreciated the staff alerting us of this upon arrival & they were very willing to please us with space heaters as needed. Would stay again if having to attend an event in Medford.
