This was our second stay at Jaz Almaza. This time was busier, being Eid long weekend. Service was less good than before. It was difficult to find waiter to order drinks. The resort is nice, clean pool and nice sitting areas. It's good value for the money.

Lovely resort. We visited twice during low season and they were both great stays! The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The resort has a beautiful beach, the food was excellent and the staff was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend when in Marsa Matrouh or the area.

Beautiful place, excellent location, friendly staff. There is a small lovely island accessible from the beach. Breakfast was very good but I wish they had more selections of cereals. Dinner was excellent; the salad, soup and main entry were excellent. The dessert was ok. The room fee covers half board(breakfast and dinner) but does not include drinks with dinner( I had to pay 85 LE for a lemon juice). I would definitely come back. The place is perfect for a stop between Alexandria and Siwa.

recently stayed at the Jaz Almaza Bay Hotel for $650 a night, and unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. Upon arrival, the room was missing several essentials you’d expect at this level — no bathrobes, no fruit bowl, and not even complimentary bottled water. When I raised the issue of poor internet, reception simply told me to “come down to the lobby.” I ended up asking the cleaning staff for basic amenities like water. For a hotel charging premium rates, the service was notably underwhelming and lacked attention to detail. A disappointing stay overall.

Below expectations

Room is super small and the hotel is ridiculously expensive with nothing special to offer. When I arrived, the electricity socket in the room was not even working. I’ve stayed in nearby hotels with cheaper rates and better service. The beach has a lot of rocks which makes it difficult to get into the water. I paid $4 for a bottle of water which actually costs around 0.65 cents. Honestly, i was not impressed at all and thought this place would be exceptional, which was not the case.
