Avec cette fidélité et cette régularité, un suivi plus attentif de nos préférences rendrait nos séjours encore plus agréables. Lorsque nous venons au Mövenpick, nous recherchons avant tout le confort. Nous apprécierions donc que cette fidélité soit accompagnée d’une attention particulière à ce niveau. Les éventuels surclassements ne devraient pas se faire au détriment du confort : une chambre calme, avec des installations rénovées, est pour nous essentiel. C’est d’ailleurs l’une des principales raisons pour lesquelles nous choisissons le Mövenpick."

"A very beautiful hotel. Clean and newly renovated. Although this isn't a traditional hotel. For example, they don't have a reception, and their breakfast is very unpredictable. I had a table laid out for me, looked like I was the only one, but was not offered options. I just had an omelette given to me. The next day I texted the receptionist (via whatsapp) to understand, and she informed me that it's whatever the cook has, so if I wanted something I should ask. It would have been nice to inform guests this in advance. The room was spacious and comfortable. The safe in the room was locked, I asked twice for it to be opened for me to use, and it never was."
