"I asked for a toothbrush and the front desk representative I believe his name was Brian told me that there’s nobody in the building but him to bring upstairs the toothbrush it was ridiculous how they have only one person in all that big hotel Poor service and poor customer service"

"Staff gets a 10/10. Ownership seems to be more the issue. My stay was 10 days. Fitness area and pool area unbearably hot, back door to building would not close completely, molding on stair edge partially detached, signage lighting partially out. These are issues that the owner needs to address. But again, the management staff was top-notch and made for an overall good experience"

"we have stayed here several times on visits to Cummings. Good food within walking distance and close to everything else that you need to do."

"Awesome place to stay, recommend"
