Great hotel

Ideal location opposite the main train station. Room was large with balcony providing lots of room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.

This hotel is ideal. Central to city centre and access to all areas of the city. Great staff, rooms always cleaned and an awesome breakfast. I would say the safe in the room is not stuck to the wall or the wardrobe so not very safe in that respect, but overall 10 out of 10 for me.

Good location if you’re arriving by train, as situated adjacent. Traffic is busy and noisy but hotel rooms have good sound proofing so not an issue & provides interesting viewing! We were unhappy with our initial room (dark, no balcony & smelly) and the staff were very quick and helpful, stating they wanted us to be happy. 2nd room was much better with great shower. Breakfast was very good and the pool area was a lovely place to relax. Be aware this hotel has had a few names : Red / Opera and now known as The Grand Plaza (shows all names online) but it’s all the same place which confused me and the taxi driver initially! Convenient location, helpful staff & a great breakfast.

Great renovation!!

The hotel’s renovation is wonderful! Staff were friendly and helpful. Only one Robles was air conditioning did not work well so room was hot. Otherwise we would recommend it and will stay here again!!

I love the hotel. We started with a warm welcome from the front desk Mohamed. The room has s clean . The breakfast was good and the atmosphere was excellent. Nouredine, Abdesamad,kanza, zineb, Fatima zahra ( to be honest all I forgot their name), treat everyone with respect and kindness. They all go extra mile to provide an excellent service. Really nice hotel in good location, however the policy of not having cool aircon on until end February meant sleeping was very difficult as room was 27°. Having the window open to try to cool down was extremely noisy
