9 jours (du 26 juillet au 5 août 2025) avec un problème différents tous les jours. Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). Merci au personnel qui fait son max avec le peu de moyen donné par l’établissement. Pour les courageux l’accès routier est compliqué (20 min de chemin de pierre sans lumière). Véhicule indispensable car très loin de tout.

J’ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel pour un court séjour, mais l’expérience a été très décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai constaté plusieurs problèmes : – La chambre n’était pas prête et ne correspondait pas à la réservation (j’avais demandé un lit double et trois lits simples, il n’y avait que deux lits simples). – Aucun frigidaire dans la chambre, ce qui est pourtant un service de base dans la majorité des hôtels. – Le cadenas de la porte était défectueux, et il fallait plus de 2 minutes d’efforts à chaque fois pour réussir à ouvrir la porte. – À la piscine, les serviettes n’étaient disponibles que le premier jour, puis plus rien pour le reste du séjour. Le gérant, Monsieur David, s’est montré poli et à l’écoute, mais aucune solution concrète n’a été apportée. Les problèmes sont restés non résolus. Pour le tarif payé, je m’attendais à un service bien plus professionnel et à des installations fonctionnelles. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel et je n’y retournerai jamais.

Endroit magnifique un super accueil de mme fatima à l'écoute et très réactive au demandes. Dommage que le service ne suive pas,carte excessive pour la qualité des produits proposés,petit déjeuner mediocre pour le maroc(6nuits)crêpes chocolat et tartines confiture!!,pas vu une femme de ménage en 6jours. Malgré tout l'endroit est magnifique calme une super piscine nous reviendrons y faire un tour quand le personnel et la carte sera au top. Bonne continuation a Mme fatima qui y met toute son énergies pour rendre cette endroit a la hauteur.

Vacker och lugn plats som ligger ganska ensligt utanför Marrakech så egen bil eller taxi om man vill åka in till Marrakech. Värdarna var väldigt välkomnande, trevliga och hjälpsamma. Omgivningen var harmonisk och poolen väldigt bra. Bra restaurang med bra mat. Vi betalade 90 MAD för sallad och mellan 200-250 MAD för kötträtter. Ingen kreditkort utan kontanter fungerade. Vi var mycket nöjda och rekommenderar för en avkopplande semester.
