Great staff, breakfast. Close to mall, nice seating around the pool.Wifi inconsistent. Elevator got stuck on floor 0 multiple times. Many extended day tour groups start from here. Overall a good property. We extended our stay at end of tour.

We went in December - the heating was not working. They gave us another room on 2nd night. Heating was better but still not enough to feel cosy and warm during our stay. Felt cold throughout our stay and husband got the flu. Bad: - Heating not working/sufficient for colder months - Can hear base sound from Night Club - No iron in the rooms Good: - Beds are comfortable - Breakfast staff is friendly - There is a hairdryer in the bathroom - Outdoor pool is heated to a reasonable temperature

Excellent stay! The breakfast and dinner is really good and changes daily. The staff are so hospitable and caring. Only thing is there is no iron in the rooms and shower curtain needs changing.

Average hotel with good staff

Hôtel was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and willing to help. Good location, only a few minutes walk to Ménara mall. Half board was breakfast and either lunch or dinner. Very limited choices for vegetarian food - go elsewhere for that.

Great service they made us feel so welcomed and happy, they tried their best to accommodate any requests and even upgrade my room to pool view at no charge. I stay in this property every time I am in merrakech because it’s convenient and walking distance to everything.
