Hôtel cher pour la prestation. Chambre rien d’exceptionnel. Personnel sympa et belle piscine. Dommage qu’il nya pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre tous les jours.
Poolside is beautiful, plenty of loungers and umbrellas so that you can make the most of sun or shade. The whole area is kept spotlessly clean by the pool man who is very helpful. The bar staff are very attentive.
Didn't use the spa as had to pay extra to use. Used the gym which was free for 45 minutes but was only basic. Hotel and staff were very good. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.
Hotel was clean, very nice. Definitely a “hotel” style stay if that’s what you’re looking for in Morocco. You’re not able to check in until 3 PM, thankfully, I was allowed to check in earlier it would’ve been a very long day. All in all I would stay again. Only a five minute Uber to the city square.
Stayed at this hotel for 1night and thank god it was only 1 night. Room 538 AVOID AT ALL COSTS
ROOM: Water from the bath was brown yes brown water, we couldn't have a shower, it was sewage water DISGUSTING. Room was dirty and it looked as if it had not been cleaned as there was hair on the floor and bedding, the bedding was not changed from previous guests, basin and toilet had marks, the door handle had faeces marks, Ants and mosquitos in room and on the beds and bathroom area.
BALCONY AREA: Very small area with a very small table and two chairs. We didn't make use of the balcony because the pigeons had made a home and doing their droppings all over the chairs table floor.
BREAKFAST: Arrived for breakfast at 8am to start our day, well there was nothing to eat for breakfast, apart from brown lettuce leafs and a few olives, I wouldn’t call this breakfast. There were birds flying around the breakfast room, which made it very unhygienic.
POOL AREA: The pool area looked nice, but we never made use of it because the hotel have a dog onsite. I dont want to see a dog running around the pool area and this put us off. STAFF: Rude and obnoxious, We asked if they could change our room and we were told NO. Asked to speak to manager to address issues NO MANAGER. Very unfriendly staff all round. Man on front desk waving his arms, I do not recommend this hotel. There are better hotels out there, STAY AWAY from El Andalous you will be disappointed.
Room was just ok but lack of amenities for a 4 star property. Some of the staff where good and very child friendly but the restaurant staff specially the live counter one would misbehave. Overall would not recommend or stay again
The overall cleaning is ok, many members of the staff were courteous and willing to help, but some showed signs of stress, e.g. they wouldn't keep up with the guests coming and going for breakfast and the tables needed attention. Also, beverages would contain added sugar, except for the espresso.
Really outdated property; not very clean either. The rooms are tiny & very basic. We booked for 3 people & asked for a third towel & the staff was upset at that ! Took a long time to just get a towel. Breakfast spread was ok but no variety in fruits. Lift was broken half the times - so had to take the steps from 4th floor ( have knee injury, so that wasnt pleasant) - location is nice
Clean, traditional Moroccan feel to the hotel and rooms, good area, nice pool

We went in December - the heating was not working. They gave us another room on 2nd night. Heating was better but still not enough to feel cosy and warm during our stay. Felt cold throughout our stay and husband got the flu.
Bad:
- Heating not working/sufficient for colder months
- Can hear base sound from Night Club
- No iron in the rooms
Good:
- Beds are comfortable
- Breakfast staff is friendly
- There is a hairdryer in the bathroom
- Outdoor pool is heated to a reasonable temperature
I’ve traveled to 20+ countries, and this is honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.
The room was not clean when I checked in, which is unacceptable. There was no iron in the room, no hot water and when I asked, no solution was offered. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.
The most shocking part: a friend came to visit me, and I was told guests are not allowed. Then one staff member asked me for $100 USD to allow my guest to come up to my room. That is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and felt like an attempted scam.
This experience left a very bad impression of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here, especially if you value cleanliness, basic amenities, transparency, and respectful service.
