"The TV was a problem. They control the volume and it was set at such a low level that i could barely here it. No instructions on how to operate it either. I finally gave up after 20 minutes and used my phone instead."

My room was upgraded as I had booked a queen handicap room because it was the only thing offered on my end but hotel didn’t want to book it if I didn’t need a handicap room so we were upgraded to a king suite! The staff printed off papers we needed. Room was great. Very nice hotel, just wish they had breakfast!"

"The hyatt had always been a favorite, this year things changed a bit. The restaurant only offered a dance competition menu not the full menu to choose from. I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded. "

"I had an amazing experience during my stay. The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa, it was absolutely incredible. The variety of amenities and services they offer made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt well thought out and very well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the café and restaurant on site; both offered good food and a nice atmosphere.
