Foreign tourist friendly

I had stayed last week for a week nearly. Specially if you came other countries you will see extra interest because Turkish staff like so much tips :) I would like say specially a staff has studied in lobby who is name Nisan. Thank you so much mrs Nurcan for everything.

Marmaris’te daha önce benzer otellerde kalmıştım fakat green nature diamond hotelin diğerlerine göre bazı artıları var. En büyük artısı alanının çok geniş olması. Otel tam kapasite dolu olsa bile rahatsız edici bir kalabalık gözünüze çarpmıyor. Bu sene yetişkin havuzu açılmış. Çift olarak gidenler çocukların gürültülü ve kalabalık havuzuna girmek zorunda kalmıyorlar. Yalnız yetişkin havuzunun daha yakınına bir bar açmaları daha iyi olur içecek almaya giderken biraz yürüyorsunuz. Odaların temizliği gayet iyi. Personellerin çoğu yardımcı olmaya çalışıyor. Birkaçının yüzü asık fakat bu kabul edilebilir düzeyde. Yemekleri bol çeşitli ve lezzetli.Akşamları deniz tarafındaki bölümde canlı müzik karaoke dj performansları oluyor fakat çoğu yabancı turistlere hitap ediyor Türk misafirlere hitap eden müzikler de çalınabilir. Fiyatlar Türk misafirler için en azından turistlere göre biraz daha makul olsa Marmaris’te kesinlikle başka bir otel aramayın derim.

A one stars hotel !!! I do not recommend this hotel at all, terrible hotel and very bad management , the given rooms are not inline with reservations , we spent three hours for checking in , it took us a while to convince the receptionist to provide two keys for rooms of two persons !!!! the guest relation has nothing to do with relations , she can not recommend any resturant or place to visit . The lady who is sitting on the guest relation desk is extremely rude and has an attitude , when I asked the housekeeping to add another two towels , she refused this and when I talked to her , she claimed I hit her , when we threatened her to check the cameras , she changed her words and said I was shouting !!!!! The hotel management believed her lies and when they knew the truth , they did not even apologize , the carpet in the hotel is extremely dirty , the plates and forks has a bad smell !!!! The staff are not friendly . The pool was very dirty , beach chairs are terrible .. All in all it is a terrible experience . Expedia should remove them from the list of hotels . I am a frequent user of Expedia and this is the first time I write a review because it is not good for Expedia to have this hotel listed with them !!!

Definitely not a 5 star hotel, dispute being relatively new the rooms are in poor disrepair. Location is good. Could be more ch better than it is!! Let’s hope next season sees some changes.

The crew at this property are awesome and there is never anything that is too difficult for them to sort out. Great location and super food for an all inclusive type hotel. Stayed 3 times this summer and will be back next year. Our favourite Marmaris hotel.

I usually don't like to write bad Review about any Hotel but, I promise my self to write about this one. First if you get Partial Sea View, you are not getting any sea View(If you go to balcony and bend over maybe see the sea). Front desk very rude. All inclusive mean for lunch you have window from 12 to 1.30 to eat lunch. and only you can use the buffet. all other restaurant you have to pay extra to use. dinner 7 to 9.30. drink quality super low. WIFI not working 23 hr per day. The only good part of the hotel were the fun team at the pool side they were very friendly and fun. Bed and blanket were the worse ever. Blanket feel like sandpaper. Overall If you are looking for real 5 star hotel don't come to this Hotel. This might consider as 2 or MAX 3 star Hotel

Für das dass hotel 4 jahre alt ist, ist nichts speziells alles günstig gemacht. Hotel war nur mit arabern deswegen atmosphäre war nicht da. Animationen die waren langweillig. Die kosten sind sehr höch für diamont.

My booking was for a double bed and that's why I paid the extra money. Unfortunately, when I checked in and went to my room, I had 3 twin beds. I went to the front desk to notify them and showed them my booking. Their solution was they pushed 2 of the twins beds together. I woke up in the middle of the night with the 2 beds separated and my leg in between the beds. Very uncomfortable. I was very displeased with the bed situation.

The majority of the hotel staff have not character and come across a bit ignorant. Also to my astonishment they seemed to have one of the performers dressed up in “black face” I.e dressed as a black person with makeup & dread locks me & my partner we’re beyond offended in fact I was so shocked I forgot to take a pic.. I won’t be staying in Green nature diamond again, they seem to have spent a fortune on beautiful exterior and not much eles & the staff definitely do not have customer service training.

For the first impretion was fine but when you go threw details sorry to say was poor: Opviously they depend on thowing food evry whare thinking in this way will impress but : bad quality Bad cooking Big peices make you discusting I saw kocroch in the last day walking on the bread and sorry that i was leaving early couldnot do any thing.
