Güzel bir Tatil deneyimi

Otelin konumu çok güzel hem şehir merkezine yürüme mesafesinde hem de sakin bir yerde. Otel sahibi ve çalışanların ilgi ve alakaları çok iyi. Odalar çok gğzel değil eski kalmış bakıma ve değişime ihtiyacı var. Otelin bahçesi ve havuzu gayet güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltısı çok zayıf. akşam yemekleri güzel ve fiyat olarak uygun.

Rahatlikla tercih edilebilir.

Odalar temiz, bahçesi nezih... Havuz bira daha bakımlı olabilir. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardıma açık. Konumu gayet iyi. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde.

Otel çok bakımsız ve odalar temiz değildi, kahvaltısını hiç beğenmedim, otel personeli iyiydi.

Nice quiet comfortable accommodation

Good small and quiet hotel on outskirts of Dalyan, 15min walk to town centre but plenty of places nearby with a small shop over the road. Nice little pool, beautiful garden with bar and dining tables. Good Turkish breakfast. Decent free wifi and air con. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but seemed a little inexperienced in the hotel trade but nonetheless added to the experience. Always made a fuss over our 9mth old son Only had one dinner there on our first night, as only had a couple of Turkish items on the menu, still pretty good and reasonably priced.

Disappointing

First time to Dalyan, read the reviews and checked out the website - all looked good however so let down with the accomodation when we arrived. Booked and paid for 5 people for 10 nights - stayed 12 hours. Rooms very basic, no lamps, no pictures on walls, one wardrobe with few hangers, no fridge, no tv, no dressing table, no chair, 1 plug socket. Bathrooms awful, shower over toilet and sink with a mop to wipe floor, socket with wires hanging out wall. Triple room - double and single bed, 1 wardrobe to share, no room for toilettries, make up, clothes for 3 people or suitcase storage. Pool small, location further out of main town than we expected. Cleaners and bar staff very friendly but accomodation needs updating or if not transparency to customers on booking about what you get.

Hotel was OK for a basic accomodation

Hotel was OK for basic accomodation, bedroom and bathroom were clean, although the bathroom was a little tired and could do with a little bit of love, shower was just onto floor and the whole room just was soaked after use etc. No food was available at the hotel during our stay in general apart from the three themed nights, but even this was cancelled one of the nights. Although this did make us walk into Dalyan each lunch time which was nice, but as the food was one of the things that this hotel was supposed to be excellent at was a little disappointing. There appeared to be some staffing issues due to the breakdown of the hotel management partnership, but those that where there were pleasant and curtious.

More than expected

The hotel is really nice and the location is quite convenient. The rooms are spacious and have the essential to make your stay confortable. Although, the best of this hotel is the service. Volkan and his team are excellent thy will try their et to make you feel at home.

Excellent hotel

We have a fabulous time at the Asena hotel. The rooms were basic but adequate but the hosts were quite fantastic and made the trip for us.The hotel was very well maintained and was lovely to sit lazing around the pool. Breakfast and all food was completely amazing.

Very clean, friendly staff and welcoming.

The owner went out of her way to provide flowers from my husband to me during the holiday period. Greatly appreciated from both of us. Staff friendly. We did not take up the offer to eat at hotel but heard from others it was good. We enjoyed our breakfasts. Hotel very short walk from centre of town and to river. A relaxing stay.

The Fabulous Four

A wonderful experience in every way. The staff, food, accommodation etc, etc were excellent. The boat trip arranged by Volkan was the best I have ever been on and I always go on boat trips wherever I go. The Town of Dalyan was really lovely with the friendliest people and all the restaurants we tried were of a very high standard in both service and quality of food. A place I will definitely return to one day.

holiday heaven

Our stay was fantastic , Volkan and Sebnem were fantastic hosts so full of fun, taking us on amazing trips and serving us fabulous food. Nothing was too much trouble! we will definitely go again.

The most pleasent staff and great service !

We stayed at the Asena in May 2013 - I must say we were very pleased with the level of attention and knowledge of the owners that was so useful for us. From the moment we arrived until our last day we felt it was like home to home There was nothing that we could complain about except I wanted to stay longer ! A very well run motel and great location - we will stay again whenever we can do not hesitate to book as Vurcan and his family + staff will provide for your needs and nothing is problem for them to help you and make your stay superb! If you want a fun and socıal experıence, stay here

We had an absolutely fabulous tıme. Whıle the accommodatıons are basıc, the servıce and food are anythıng but. The owners are amazıng and kınd hosts. They arrange tours and trıps for theır guests and create an atmosphere where everyone talks to each other and has a great tıme. The food ıs fantastıc and they serve the best cocktaıls at theır bar. Really cant say enough about thıs place ıf you are lookıng for a fun tıme.

Excellent, friendly service

Very enjoyable stay in this comfortable and friendly motel sited within a short walk of the town centre. The owner in particular was very helpful in giving information about what to see in the area. Decided to eat in for evening meals, and didn't regret it. Good food, good service and reasonable price. Rooms were fairly basic but comfortable with en-suite (although it was a wet room so feet often got wet when using it) and no chairs in the bedroom or hair dryer. Each room had a balcony with chairs and small table. We would certainly stay there again if in that area.
