De accommodatie is aan de buitenkant onderhouden. Bij binnenkomst ziet alles er netjes uit. Alleen worden het onderhoud niet actief bijgehouden. Veel kapotte hordeuren/ramen. Ik ben erg allergisch voor muggen en ik ben lekgestoken. Douchedeur hing op halfzeven waardoor de douche kletsnat was na een douche. Verlichting naar het appartement toe is ook slecht. Dagelijkse schoonmaak zoals aangegeven was er niet. In 5 dagen, 1 keer schoongemaakt omdat we erom gevraagd hadden; ze vertelden dat ze niet zomaar naar binnen gingen... beetje suf als je de schoonmaakster ‘s morgens gezien hebt en ze niets vraagt. Volgende dag kregen we de opmerking dat ze de dag ervoor geweest waren. Dus ook maar 1 keer schone handdoeken gekregen. WiFi heeft het 2 dagen gedaan en daarna niet meer. Niet opgelost tijdens ons verblijf, ondanks heel veel telefoontjes.Ergste was dat we nergens hadden gelezen dat hier een restaurant met live muziek om de hoek was. 2 avonden pas na 12 uur rust in de omgeving..... Akyaka is geweldig, maar dit appartement valt vies tegen. Begrijp niet dat iemand dit een 10 geeft! Alle communicatie gaat via de telefoon. Geen face to face contact en klachten worden heel slecht afgedaan
