"A fantastic stay at the Schloss. It’s majestic, outside and inside. Really friendly and service minded staff. Beautiful room. Good food, and if you are bored you can relax at the Library, have a drink at the bar og bring the drink and play some biljard! Definitely going back!"
"Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Das Personal und der Service waren generell sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Herzstück und Aushängeschild des Hotels ist das außergewöhnliche, vielseitige und liebevoll zubereitete bzw. angerichtetete Frühstück. Jeden Morgen ein Highlight.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, nur im Bad fehlte es an Ablagefläche.
Die zugehörige Weingalerie ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert und einladend."
"This property was a little further out but it was very easy to navigate your way into the center of town-we walked to everything from this hotel! The staff were excellent and the hotel breakfast was the best we had in our travels. We traveled by bike and they had hotel storage and early check in. Would definitely stay again!"

Die Zimmer wurden nur nach Rückfrage gemacht, also meistens gar nicht. Handtuchwechsel nach 5 Tagen? Nur nach Aufforderung. Bettwäsche sollte auch mal nach einer Woche gewechselt werden, ist hier nicht Standard. Die Betten sind durchgelegen, müssten dringend erneuert werden.
Die Gastronomie ist gut, der Wein könnte in einer Weingegend schon etwas günstiger sein."

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die authentische Freundlichkeit, extrem saubere Zimmer, ein super Frühstück mit selbst gemachten, sehr leckerem Rührei, sehr gute Weine und tolles Ambiente! Biker herzlich willkommen, kostenlose Unterstellmöglichkeit in der eigenen Garage!
Wir waren für eine Nacht mit 4 Männern auf der Radel Durchreise nach Trier. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

"Great location. Very beautiful and comfortable. Offered discount for parking and had a place to store our bicycles overnight. The room was spacious and had good amenities. It is old so the floors squeaked in some places. The rainfall shower head was leaky and in need of replacement, but did not interfere with showering. Best of all was a small fridge and a fan. Would highly recommend!"
"Beautiful location overlooking the Mosel River. Park the car in the public lot and walk about 300 meters to the hotel. Room key is in the lockbox and easy to access once you have the code. We had breakfast at the restaurant located down the street from the hotel and it was fantastic.
We enjoyed the Weihnachten Festival just down the street from the hotel (100 meters). "
