A very nice hotel writhing a 4 minute walk to a nice shopping and restaurant area and 6 minutes to the River Main waterfront.

Business stay

The overall hotel looks great! However the room given must have been an older one as it looked nothing like the images that had incited me to book 2 rooms for. Business trip. Actually smelt old. Bathroom though had been modernised with a wet room and was great. Staff were excellent. Didn't have a steam iron! Just dry irons which meant I had to wet a towel to dampen the clothing before ironing taking double the time.

We waren op tussenstop van Noord Italië naar huis en Hotel Anker vormt een prettige tussenstop. Het personeel is vriendelijk en hartelijk en geeft je een fijn welkom gevoel. Het is echt een familiebedrijf. Er is een gezellige binnenplaats waar we een wijntje van het eigen wijngoed hebben gedronken en het hotel ligt rustig maar toch midden in het centrum. Er is zowel afgesloten parkeermogelijkheid als straatparkeren mogelijk. Ontbijt was erg goed, uitstekende prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Het hotel heeft ook een uitstekend restaurant, erg genoten van de Frankische keuken. Faciliteiten voor kinderen ook erg goed, op een paar minuten lopen lift een grote en diverse speeltuin. Het bed lag goed, de hoofdkussens zijn enorm groot en heel erg zacht waardoor ze weinig steun geven.

allt är mycket bra på hotellet och personal som jobba där är upmärksam t och med läsa tankar vad man önskar. Enda klagomål är ventilation, rekommendera en FTX anläggning för att rummet är inte särskild stor med hög luftfuktighet.

Tolles familiäres Hotel

Das Hotel Anker ist sicher nicht das neueste Hotel in Bezug auf die Ausstattung, allerdings hat es etwas viel wichtigeres, ein Herz und eine Seele. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet, die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und das Frühstück ist qualitativ sehr gut und in der Auswahl absolut ausreichend. Auch das zugehörige Weinrestaurant ist absolut zu empfehlen, leckeres Essen und tolle Weine. Alles Zusammen ein besonderer Ort an den man gerne zurückkommt.

Excellent, family run classy hotel.

What a wonderfully friendly experience. Hotel Anker is a classy family run hotel with a wonderful restaurant as well. I was made to feel so welcome, even though I arrived a bit early. The room was lovely and modern despite the old world charm of the building itself. Just ten mins drive from the outlet mall and half an hour from Wurzburg, the hotel is located right on the middle of a quaint small town for a real authentic German experience. I loved it
