"The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. "We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again...

"We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure "
