"Breakfast was great."

"My recent stay at the Tru hotel was an exceptional experience. Although it was not my initial preference, the quality of the stay was outstanding. I particularly appreciated Expedia’s proactive support when my original booking was cancelled; your team dedicated the necessary time to rebook me at an alternative property at no additional cost. Thank you for your assistance. I am very pleased with my decision to use Expedia for my travel needs. Excellent work."

"I was highly disappointed. First off I stay in the room with a kitchenette. Little did I know there would be plates, but no silverware. A stove top with no pots or pans. And no soap or dishwasher soap to wash anythings as well. If I had known this id had saved my money and got a regular room. Second issue was the smell of the room. It was not pleasant. Smelt kind of like mold. The biggest issue I had was the fact I had no hot water, it barely was Luke warm. It was basically like taking a cold...

"The motel room that we were at was very rundown. It was very noisy at night. You could hear all the traffic going by. The room was clean though."

"This place was super cute. Great location and so much charm. Homemade pastries in the morning was the cherry on top. Would definitely book again!"

"Beautiful & Super Clean! Will definitely return!"

"My daughter and myself had a great stay. We would definitely love to come back soon. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Cheers!"

"I stayed for 4 days. No cleaning happened. Also when I arrive the room was not ready and I have to wait for 35 minutes and got temporary accommodation and after 1 hour I again need to reach the front desk for the proper arrangements."

"The property was clean but could benefit for some updates. The location was quiet and we enjoyed our stay."

"Loved the Atmosphere of the Bar area. Beautiful Hotel ❤️"
