COOL property group location and very nice staff. It’s the old property, but that’s part of the charm I guess. Bar and restaurant had good food, the mixed drinks were somewhat anemic and the bartender got a little defensive when somebody told her.
We were in town for one night. Convenient location with lovely river views. Within walking distance to cute little stores for shopping, restaurants, and night life.
This is a very old hotel. Its very dirty. Most of the furniture is broken. The shower was nice . The women at the front desk were friendly. The security guard

The hotel had a musty oder, the carpets were stained, wall paper is peeling off. Needs some upgrades but please dont loose the feel of old. Bed was very comfortable.
Room was clean so was the bathroom. Comfortable bed and unique beautiful hotel. It’s old so some areas need touch ups. Front desk staff were ok.

We loved the location and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Having a bar, restaurant and Starbucks within the hotel was a bonus. Very enjoyable stay and would stay there again.
It was very helpful that the staff allowed us to store some luggage with them as we were on bikes and would be on the river cruise for 5 hours.

Room was clean staff, was ok. The ones at the desk were lacking in how they great someone. Only one person at the front dest was helpful. Still waiting on a refund I am supposed to get back, because the room was booked twice.
We love this hotel and try to stay here every time we’re in town. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is great and the hotel has so much character.

Loved everything about our visit, highly recommend if you like historical hotels and the town of Marietta.
This is an old historic hotel!! The food the people and everyone that has to do with this adventure is incredible!! Don’t pass up a chance to stay eat and drink if you are in the area!! A must see and do!!
Probably the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at …. Staff was lovely and the location was great, but it was hard to get past the filth, and musty scent.

We enjoyed are stay very much. The hotel is in the best location right by the river and all the downtown shops and restaurants. It definitely like a step back in time with all the history and the antique furniture. The two restaurants were nice and they have a Starbucks coffee bar. The place is old and I'm sure expensive to upkeep so it's not perfect, the rooms are small and dated, but part of the ambiance. We would definitely stay again.
We got the queen room, which was a bit small and the bathroom may have once been a closet. Overall, we slept better than expected, and enjoyed the convenient location. With it being an older (and very interesting) building, there's a bit of an older smell to it, and the a/c definitely struggled to keep up with the heat wave. I think an autumn stay here would be ideal.
