The place needs a little extra care, attention, cleaning, or updating to make it nicer. It would make the stay more comfortable."

"Beautiful, new, clean, comfortable beds & linens, microwave, fridge. Keurig coffee maker with fresh milk/cream in the fridge, which was a lovely touch, as I hate coffee creamers. Laundry available after 5pm, which again is a nice perk when traveling for an extended time."
