The staff at the hotel desk were friendly and efficient. My room had all kinds of issues. The air/heating system did not respond to adjustment. It was cold the entire time. The shower curtain was too short to prevent water from escaping the tub while showering. The housekeeper took the used bath towels and floor matt when she serviced the room and didn't replace them....we had to go to the front desk to get more our second day.
