Clean room, clean facility overall. Great staff.

The Virgin Hotel was beautiful! Very clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. The pools were really cold, but very clean. I did find it surprising that the nicest pool with wait staff was a private "resort" if you will. The food was really good and the drinks were good. A little too loud (and I'm not old) and a little over priced in my opinion but it is vegas. The over 21 pool was perfect!!

Robert at check in was attentive and made the experience amazing. Best customer service and guest experience was the best I ever received at any hotel throughout my travels experiences.

Beautiful property with stunning, modern rooms and a luxurious atmosphere. The restaurants are excellent with plenty of great options, and the service throughout the resort was consistently friendly and welcoming. I loved that there were no resort fees and no parking fees, which is such a rare and refreshing bonus in Las Vegas! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
